Wondering when your refund will arrive and where it will go? Here’s the links and FAQ!

Will my refund be direct deposited? - If you provided us with bank information, we entered it and any refunds should be sent to that account. If you’d like to check, the first page of the instructions we sent you with your return will indicate if your return is being direct deposited. If it just says “ you will get a refund of $XXXX” then the refund is being mailed to you. We can’t update this after you’ve docusigned the returns.

I’m not getting direct deposit, where will my check be mailed? Your refund check will be mailed to the address on the tax return.

We already filed, where’s my refund? With the state of the government, refunds could be delayed for all kinds of reasons. Below is where you can check the most common states we deal with:

• IRS Refunds

• NYS Refunds

• California Refunds

• Connecticut Refunds

• NJ Refunds

• Oregon Refunds

The refund site says it’s processing, is that bad? No the government is a mess right now, just keep checking. Normal turnaround times are 3-6 weeks, but last year many refunds took 6-9 months.

Can you check my refund status for me? Unfortunately no can do! We don’t have any special tools other than the above. All we know is whether a return we’ve submitted the the govt has been accepted or not, but once it’s sent, we don’t know any more than would be listed in the refund trackers.
